Bubba Blue's Waterpoof change mat cover is made from Bamboo Viscose and is silky smooth and soft, whilst the TPU underlay is non toxic (phthalate free), making it environmentally friendly. It is a fantastic barrier to stop leakages and to protect your change mat.
