In addition to you rights, Sweet Lullabies are happy to offer an exchange, store credit or refund for items returned within 14 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met;

  • Item is returned with an original receipt
  • Item is in resalable, original condition with all packaging, instruction manuals and accessories
  • Item remains unused
  • If purchased with any sort of voucher or store credit including, but not limited to, Store Credits or Coupons a refund is not available
Items not covered by Change of Mind policy for obvious reasons are;
  • Breast pumps
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Mattresses
  • Gift Cards


Online Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Instore Returns

Sweet Lullabies Love Australian Consumer Law because it provides fairness for the consumer and the retailer, so in line with that you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or if the return doesn't amount to a major failure but the goods do not meet acceptable quality, then a repair or replacement is acceptable.

If the item is a Pram, Cot, or Child Restraint then there is a good chance the item will need to be assessed by both Sweet Lullabies and the manufacturer due to the nature of regulation with these products.  This process can take a few days with transport and assessing, but are generally sorted within 2 weeks - in the mean time we would love to offer you a loan unit for you to use.  Some companies, such as Tasman Eco, even go as far as sending a regional Rep to help us out so we may even be able to avoid you boxing your items back up and bringing them in the store (I'm thinking....Cots :)  )
