The waterproof change pad cover features cotton jersey surface that is soft & smooth for comfort, and a waterproof TPU backing to provide protection from change time accidents.

The waterproof TPU underlay is phthalate free, making it a fantastic barrier to stop leakages and to protect your change pad.
