When to use:
It’s perfectly natural for mothers to experience milk leakage when breast feeding. Organic cotton breast pads will feel soft on your skin and absorb milk. You may leak for 1 or 12 months. Each woman is different! To protect your clothing, simply slip one breast pad inside your soft fitting top or maternity bra to keep your clothing dry.
Wash and re-use as needed!

If like most woman you experience sensitive nipples for the first two weeks while you get use to breast feeding, we recommend you warm your breast pads before use. Heat is the best pain relief and may eliminate the need for any creams. Naturopaths and lactation consultants recommend a warm bath or hot shower to assist with nipple soreness. If soreness persists and becomes painful, seek help from your breastfeeding counsellor or child care nurse immediately!
Choosing the right size
Light and Discreet (10cms 2 ply): Ideal for all cup sizes. For light leakage. Also great for when you are out and about and require a less bulky breast pad under light clothing.
Regular (10cms 3 ply): Super absorbent. Ideal for A – D cup sizes during the daytime.
Large (12cms 3 ply): Super absorbent. Ideal for all cup sizes for night sleeping when you leak more. Designed for DD + cup sizes for both day & night
