Although Sweet Lullabies offer a couple of different freighting solutions we prefer to utilise the experts at TNT for freighting simply because they are prompt, professional, and have the best online tracking facility we have ever used.

Sweet Lullabies utilise a live freight checkout system that provides you with a freight quote at checkout. Simply review your shopping cart in the checkout and it will display the freight charges for each available option.

If your complete order is in stock it will be dispatched via your chosen freight company within two working days. Depending which freight company you choose freight can take up to 12 working days to deliver.

If your entire order is not in stock you will be notified the following working day with an ETA from the manufacturer. You will also have the option of waiting for your entire order to arrive or simply split the order and Sweet Lullabies will send what is in stock now, and send the remaining as soon as it arrives. Even if requested, we can not accept payment for products we do not have in stock just in case something happens.

All items purchased from Sweet Lullabies are subject to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for any items purchased are passed to you upon delivery to the carrier. If you have been provided with a tracking number for your purchase then it is not, and should not, be our responsibility to follow up the order every day until delivered.   • Grace Period
  • Sweet Lullabies gives our customers a 14 day grace period in which if upon delivery you are unsatisfied with the product, you can contact our returns department at returns@sweetlullabies.com.au and they will give you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Return the unopened product back to our base with the RAN attached and we will refund your purchase as well as your initial delivery fee. This policy has been implemented to enhance the convenience and satisfaction of our online catalog in the best interests of our customers.

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods
  • All products are covered with a minimum 12 month warranty by Sweet Lullabies for faults or damage, regardless of manufacturing information. Some products are stated longer warranties and are covered by the product manufacturer, which Sweet Lullabies can still act as an agent for. Simply contact our returns department on returns@sweetlullabies.com.au and they will give you a RAN to attach to our returns address. Send the product back to our base and Sweet Lullabies will organise a replacement immediately.
