Manufacturers Warranty
Some products such as prams and cots have a manufacturers warranty and need to either be returned to the manufacturer, or assessed on site by a representative of the relevant company. If you need a loan unit in the mean time simply request one at the time of return and one will be provided to you.
If any other product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged (through no fault of your own) or not fit for its usual purpose we will gladly exchange it, refund it or can arrange for it to be repaired.

Factory 2nds & Clearance Items
Sweet Lullabies do not provide refunds, exchanges or store credits for clearance items or factory seconds unless advertised incorrectly. Given the nature of these items we encourage you to check these items out thoroughly and ask staff anything you like about them. We also encourage you to ask our staff to unbox items like cots so that you can see each piece before your purchase. Ultimately if your purchase has a defect, or is missing a bolt that you were not aware of at the time of purchase then don't hesitate to call us on our contact details here and we will endeavour to make it right.
